Order Processing

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processes.

Please check order to make sure everything is correct before checking out. If something is wrong or needs to be changed please notify us within 24 hours after submitting your order. Once order is shipped we can no longer changed the order.


Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery once the order has left our facility. we are not responsible for any delivery or carrier delays. We rely on the shipping carrier to deliver your items on time. we are not responsible for any loss or stolen package, once package is sent to post office it is out of our company hands. Please contact your local post office if you do not receive package and it says it has been delivered.  If you are concerned about your package being stolen please have it sent to an alternate location or purchase our "Signature Confirmation" option. we  will only ship to address where the BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCH, NO EXCEPTIONS. 


Return Policy


Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery of any defective jewelry issues (ex: broken clasp, missing/loose gems)

Billing and shipping address must match or order will be refunded.

Cancel Order

we do not process cancellations after the order has been placed.
